WEATHER CONDITIONS
- We operate diving all year long and the weather is generally humid throughout the season with average air temperatures of 30-32°C and average water temperatures of 24-28°C
- Weather conditions for scuba diving can’t be predicted even for the best season
CONDITIONS FOR DIVING
- Leisure diving packages can only be offered to already certified divers
- All guests will be required to sign a Liability/Release Form (Waiver) upon arrival and abide by all diving and safety rules of the dive centre/resort
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Initial deposit (30%): Non-refundable but can be used towards your next dive trip provided that
- The deposit is to be used within the same year
PAYMENT TERMS
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking (minimum of RM 300.00)
- The balance is strictly to be paid one week before the due date

RESERVATION & BOOKING
- Leisure diving packages can only be offered to already certified divers
- All guests will be required to sign a Liability/Release Form (Waiver) upon arrival and abide by all diving and safety rules of the dive centre/resort
- All bookings are to be made via online form, email, or whatsapp. No bookings by word of mouth are allowed.
